Employee Service Credit Verification
Employment service credit will follow an employee transferring from one UC location to another, but this is not an automatic process. Employees are responsible for requesting verification of prior UC, CSU, DOE, and State of California employment service credit to ensure an accurate account of their total employee service credit. Payroll and/or the employee's department are responsible for the verification process.

HRDW makes the valuable information contained in the UCPath system easily accessible through a powerful web interface. |The iRecruit enterprise system allows you to manage the staff recruitment process from beginning to end. Through iRecruit you can initiate recruitments, create job descriptions and recruitment plans, obtain approvals, manage search committees and application reviews, and identify final candidates for open positions. iReview is UCR's online staff equity and reclassification review system. It allows for the completely paperless creation, routing, review and approval of equity and reclassification requests. For more information on iReview, please visit the iReview support site.
|The Job Description System (JDS) is UCR's online repository of staff job descriptions. Using the JDS, you can initiate a new job description, search, edit and approve modifications to existing job descriptions. |The UCOP Senior Management Group Title and Pay Plan is a restricted site and requires an ID and password.|
|The Title and Pay Plan (T&PP) is a comprehensive online system that allows users to search for UCR job titles and title codes and find the corresponding salary grades, step structures, class specifications, bargaining units, overtime eligibility, shift differentials, and on-call rates. The Holiday Quick Review Guide provides direction for the accrual, use and recording of all paid and unpaid leave available to eligible Professional and Support Staff (PSS), Managers and Senior Professionals (MSP), and Senior Management Group (SMG) members.
